Purpose and Scope of This Agreement
This Digital Product License Agreement has been prepared to define the terms of use, license scope, user rights, usage restrictions, intellectual property rights, and the legal responsibilities of the parties regarding all digital content purchased through the Novafer3D website. All digital products offered for sale through Novafer3D grant the user not ownership of the product, but only a limited right of use within the scope and conditions specified in this Agreement. By completing a purchase through the website, the user shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and provisions of this Agreement.

Licensed Digital Products and Nature of the License
Under this Agreement, the licensed products include all digital content offered for sale by Novafer3D, including but not limited to 3D model files, texture packs, HDRI files, render materials, CAD and DWG drawings, ready-made scenes, mesh files, PBR materials, and other digital production assets. Each purchased product is evaluated under a separate digital license. The license granted by Novafer3D provides the user with a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right of use. The user acknowledges that all copyrights, design rights, reproduction rights, and all other intellectual property rights related to the purchased products remain the exclusive property of Novafer3D, regardless of payment. Payment for a product does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
Permitted Uses
The user may use purchased digital products in architectural visualization projects, product presentations and advertising campaigns, game development projects, film and animation productions, freelance client work, corporate presentations, rendering and visual production workflows, social media content, commercial promotional materials, and industrial design projects. This right of use is granted solely for the user’s own professional or commercial activities.
Prohibited Uses
The user may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products in their original or modified form; publish them on torrent websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms; upload them to other digital marketplaces or asset platforms; license them as stock content; include them in resale packages; deliver source files directly to clients; share them under team, group, or multi-user access; use them in NFT or blockchain-based systems; distribute them as part of educational content or subscription-based services; or reproduce, process, or use them for the creation of artificial intelligence training datasets. In the event of any violation of these restrictions, the license may be automatically terminated.
User-Specific License and Intellectual Property Rights
The purchased digital license is granted exclusively to the individual or legal entity that completes the purchase. The user may not share account credentials, download links, product files, license access links, or activation information with any third party. The shared use of a single license by multiple individuals, teams, departments, or companies is strictly prohibited. All copyrights, design rights, reproduction rights, adaptation rights, trademark rights, and all other intellectual property rights related to the digital products offered on the Novafer3D website are exclusively owned by Novafer3D. The granted license does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights.
Updates, License Monitoring, and Termination
Novafer3D reserves the right to make changes to digital products for the purposes of quality improvements, bug fixes, file optimization, format updates, or technical enhancements. In order to detect license violations, download logs, usage records, IP analysis, and digital security systems may be utilized. In cases of unauthorized sharing, abuse of bulk downloads, bot activity, attempts to duplicate licenses, fraudulent payment transactions, or intellectual property violations, Novafer3D reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the license without prior notice. In such cases, the user shall not be entitled to request a refund.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
Novafer3D shall not be held liable for any damages arising from incompatibilities between digital products and third-party software, hardware, operating systems, or outdated software versions used by the user. The user is responsible for reviewing product descriptions, supported formats, technical requirements, and usage details before completing a purchase. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For users acting as consumers, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. For commercial users, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bursa, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Entry into Force
This Digital Product License Agreement shall enter into force electronically and become legally binding upon both parties at the moment the user purchases any digital product through the Novafer3D website.
