By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and accepts that the product is digital content and that no physical delivery will be made.
Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer protection laws and distance sales regulations, consumers may have the right of withdrawal under certain conditions. However, for digital content delivered instantly in electronic form and made immediately accessible to the user, the right of withdrawal may be excluded by law once the user has provided explicit consent and the performance of the service has begun. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Once payment has been completed, a digital download link has been generated, the product has been assigned to the user account, access links have been activated, the file has been downloaded, license access has been created, access has been provided through the user dashboard, or the technical delivery process has begun, the digital product shall be deemed delivered and the right of withdrawal shall automatically expire. Exceptional Cases Where a Refund Request May Be Considered
Although digital products are generally non-refundable, Novafer3D may conduct technical and legal reviews in favor of the user in exceptional cases such as corrupted product files, incomplete delivery, system-related access errors, duplicate payments for the same product, failure of delivery despite successful payment, incorrect pricing, or suspected unauthorized payment activity. Refund or technical review requests will be evaluated within a reasonable period after all required information has been submitted, and where approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method in accordance with the procedures of the relevant financial institution.
Dispute Resolution and Effective Date
Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For users acting as consumers, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction. For commercial users, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bursa, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
